National Association of Programmers (NAP) and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if NAP believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of NAP and its subsidiaries.

    Certification is granted by NAP based upon information provided by the member candidate.  NAP reserves the right to request further verification of any candidiate/member.  NAP reserves the right to deny or revoke the membership of any candidate/member who cannot or refuses to privide additional information when requested and any membership fee(s) will NOT be refunded.

    All candidates agree that any qualifications issued by NAP may only be used while the member remains active and in good standing and that the member will cease to use any NAP designations should the member cease being a member of NAP.

    All members agree to abide by NAP's Professional Code of Ethics (PCOE).  Failure to abide by the PCOE may, at the discretion of NAP, result in the revocation of membership.  Members whose membership is revoked due to a PCOE violation will NOT have their membership fee(s) refunded.

    All candidates accepted for membership are placed in our Automatic Renewal program.  Each year, on or after the anniversary date of your initial membership, your credit card will be charged with the membership dues for the following year.  ANY INCREASE IN MEMBERSHIP FEES will be posted on our website and an email will be sent to all active members informing them of the increase and the effective date.  If you wish to opt out of the Automatic Renewal program, you can simply send an email with your member ID expressing your wish to be removed.  After your initial year, if you choose to cancel your membership, a REFUND will be provided on a prorata basis.

  • The NAP's use of personal information that you may submit through this Web site is governed by NAP's Privacy Policy for Commercial Transactions as outlined below:

    Any personal information collected during this transaction shall not be given or sold to any third party except for the explicit purpose of completing this transaction, regardless of membership type. 



  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, NAP ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, NAP ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Please allow up to 15 business days before your order is shipped.



  • Return Policy
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL UPON SHIPMENT OF CERTIFICATEYou will receive an email when your certificate is shipped.  If you wish to cancel your membership PRIOR to our shipping your certificate, you will be refunded 100%.

    If you receive a damaged certificate and would like a replacement, simply return the certificate and we will send you a FREE replacement.

Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

    MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and NAP with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and NAP with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by NAP.
